Data Processing Notice
WLRouter processes API requests through selected model services, returns model outputs, and provides usage tracking, billing, reliability support, and abuse investigation.
Depending on the model selected and the active supplier route, requests may be processed by upstream model services including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, Volcengine, and OpenAI.
WLRouter does not retain prompts, model responses, or complete request and response content.
For billing, operational monitoring, and customer support, Console retains only necessary metadata such as request ID, model ID, status, token usage, cost, and latency.
Data may be processed in regions where upstream model services operate. Do not submit regulated, sensitive, or personal data unless you have confirmed that doing so meets applicable legal, contractual, and compliance requirements.
Notes
- - User-facing model pages may show the model company and active supplier provider. Internal channel, credential, base URL, upstream model ID, and fallback-routing details remain limited to protected administration surfaces.
- - Customers are responsible for confirming whether their intended data and use case are allowed by their own compliance requirements and upstream model terms.
